Our vacuum forming process enables us to make complex bespoke shapes by drawing water under vacuum through a forming tool after adding ThermTek® chopped bulk fibre.
ThermTek® VF Shapes are available in a range of densities and able to withstand temperatures up to 1600°C. Components are made to exact customer specifications and the flexibility of this process allows for a wide range of profiles and sizes to be manufactured. In addition, finished parts can be coated and sealed to further enhance durability and performance.
