Zircar RS100 & RS200

Zircar RS100 is an advanced ceramic fibre-reinforced structural alumina composite material designed to perform reliably at temperatures up to 1260°C. It boasts exceptional flexural and compressive strengths comparable to G7 and G10 materials.

RS100 comprises 100% inorganic materials, ensuring it is non-flammable and contains no asbestos. Its high alumina (Al2O3) content provides outstanding resistance against various environments, including exposure to molten aluminium.

On the other hand, RS200 is a fibre-reinforced ceramic laminate that operates at 1260°C. It offers high strength, moderate thermal conductivity, and superb electrical insulation properties.
